There are single and double rooms at the venue.
The single rooms are booked up, so currently only double rooms are available.

DIVE DEEPER CLASS
I would also like to participate in the extra day ‘Dive Deeper Class‘ (28-29 April).

Condition of registration:

RESIDENTIAL
Following your registration, we will send you the info about the full due amount, and an invoice for the participation fee (EUR 650.-) and for accommodation (EUR 184.- in a double room, 224.- in a single room). To secure your place, we ask you to pay at least 50% of the participation fee and accommodation within two weeks. The remaining fee and cost for accommodation, as well as the cost for food (EUR 180.-) are due until one month before the Residential. You will receive all payment details via e-mail.
It is possible to agree on an individual payment plan with us, if this is what you need. Please let us know in the comment field above, so we can get in touch with you directly.

DIVE DEEPER CLASS
If you let us know above that you would like to participate in the extra day "Dive Deeper Class", we will get in touch with you individually to clarify and confirm your participation.
In case of confirmation, we will send you an invoice for the participation fee (EUR 170.-) and additional cost for accommodation (EUR 46.- in a double room, EUR 56.- in a single room). To secure your place, we ask you to pay at least 50% of the full amount of the participation fee and accommodation within two weeks of our confirmation. Any remaining balance (including food - EUR 45.-) will have to be paid until one month before the event. You will receive all payment details via e-mail.

Cancellation policy
I agree to the following cancellation policy: Up to one month before the start of the Residential, EUR 200 of the total costs will be retained. In case of cancellation within one month before the beginning of the workshop, the full amount (participation fee plus accommodation and food) will be due, unless I name a substitute participant who will take my place or someone from an eventual waiting list will take my place.

Data protection
I agree that my data from this registration form will be collected and processed to accept my registration. The data will be stored for 10 years or deleted upon request. Note: You can revoke your consent for the future at any time by sending an e-mail to hello@ichinyo.org..

Your registration will be checked by us and confirmed via email.
Only with this confirmation and your first payment your participation is reconfirmed.
